Almost there....

This app needs a balance column in the main ledger window. Personally I enter transactions that I know will happen in the future and plan for my expenses that way. Thus, a balance column is neccesary, not just the final month-end balance.
Use bolder colors...no need to stay with boring colors.

Otherwise, this is just what I am looking for. Great app!

Good Program - Recommended

I've been using AcctPad HD for a couple of months and it does the basic job very well, but I agree it needs a few more features to make it complete: a checkmark column to show cleared items, a column for check numbers (auto and manual), sync across muliple devices, and some graphing summaries.

AcctPad has lots of potential, but "Accounting" in the name is just a little misleading for an app that falls just short of a baisc checkbook register.

Nonetheless, I especially like the PDF export function and built-in wifi server, and none of these missing features keeps me from using AcctPad as my only register app, but it's not enough to keep me from looking for something to replace it...

Very good

We wanted a simple app to keep track of our monthly consumables (food, etc.) budget; date, store, amount. This app does it easily, with stored names of stores we shop...a must have so not retyping the same name over and over.

If you are a Dave Ramsey/Financial Peace University fan, this app will be very useful!

It does crash at times, but have learned what not to do. If they fix that, it will be a five-star app...and it is FREE!
